All rates are based on 6 occupants, children under 12 are no additional charge. Maximun occupancy is 8 people, there is a $10 per person per-night charge over 6 adults.

Reservation Information.
Deposits: Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a $300.00 US advance deposit per week. Deposit is due within 7 days after reservation is made. An open credit card is required on arrival as damage deposit and long distance phone calls (all local calls are free).The cancellation refund charge is 20% of deposit received. Refund request must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited.
Payments: Full payment is due on arrival and prior to occupancy. Traveler's checks or certified Bank checks are welcome as well as most major credit cards.
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in Time is 4 pm and Check-out is 10 am.
Parking: Is by permit only, up to 2 permits allowed per unit. No boats or trailers are allowed in the Lot. Additional parking might be available depending in season, upon request.
